2023 National Statement

The 2023 National Statement was in effect from 1 January 2024 to 22 June 2026. Please refer to the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2025), which supersedes the 2023 version and has been in effect since 23 June 2026.

The National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research 2023 incorporated a revised Chapter 2.1 and Section 5 as well as some minor changes to other sections.
